BeamHosting is a brand of Assetto Hosting SLU, the provider of the service and the party you contract with:

These terms apply to BeamMP servers ordered through BeamHosting. Orders and payments are processed on assettohosting.com, and each server has its own panel at an assettohosting.com address.
2. The service
- What you get: a BeamMP server for BeamNG.drive multiplayer, sized by the number of drivers connected at the same time and by storage, with the BeamMP Server Manager features included in your plan.
- Server list: listing your server publicly in the BeamMP server list requires a BeamMP Auth Key, which you obtain from BeamMP. Without it, your server can run as a private server.
- No affiliation: Assetto Hosting SLU is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by BeamNG GmbH. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices: shown in euros with taxes included.
- Payment methods: Stripe, PayPal and MONEI virtual POS. Accepted cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- Billing periods: monthly, or every 3, 6 or 12 months. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Security: Assetto Hosting SLU does not access or store bank or card details. All payment data is handled exclusively by the payment providers.
4. Cancellation, refunds and data deletion
- 10-day money-back guarantee: you can ask for a full refund within the first 10 calendar days after a charge.
- Cancel anytime: you can cancel whenever you want. Your server stays active until the end of the period you have paid.
- Plans of 3, 6 and 12 months: their discount requires that commitment period. No partial refunds are issued once the 10-day guarantee has passed.
- Data deletion: after cancellation or non-payment, the server is reset to factory settings and all its data is permanently deleted. Data is not kept after the subscription ends.
5. Acceptable use and support
- Prohibited: cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, storing files unrelated to the game, or any illegal activity. Violations lead to immediate termination without refund.
- Support scope: technical support covers the server, the panel and the hardware. Setting up your own mods, plugins or server rules is your responsibility.
- Minimum age: you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have legal authorisation.
6. Mods, content and backups
- Your content: you are solely responsible for the mods, maps and files on your server. Assetto Hosting SLU removes content upon a legitimate notice sent to [email protected].
- Indemnification: you agree to indemnify Assetto Hosting SLU against third-party claims arising from misuse of the service.
- Backups: servers run on RAID 1 storage, but keeping external backups is your responsibility. Assetto Hosting SLU is not responsible for data loss.
7. Limitation of liability
- Financial limit: Assetto Hosting SLU's liability never exceeds the amount you paid for one month (30 days) of the affected service.
- Exclusions: Assetto Hosting SLU is not liable for loss of profits, sponsorships or league prizes, nor for failures caused by force majeure (natural disasters or global network outages).
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Principality of Andorra.
